I want you to love what you ordered! Because everything is designed and finished by hand in my studio, I don't accept mailed-back returns.   However, if something isn't right, I'll always make it right. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you expected, just reach out within 14 days of delivery. I'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever works best for you.  No need to ship anything back.
