I want you to love what you ordered! Because everything is designed and finished by hand in my studio, I don't accept mailed-back returns — and I'll never ask you to ship something back. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you expected, just reach out within 30 days of delivery and I'll make it right. I'll always try a replacement first; if that doesn't work out, a full refund is on the table. This applies to every item in the shop, including personalized and made-to-order pieces.
